The procedure of smoothing seams, cracks, corners and sanding, leaving a paint ready surface. Compound/spackle Can become very messy especially if not applied properly. Can make it difficult to repair It takes practice and skill to finish but that’s why In JJM we take drywall finishing to the next level 2-3 coats if necessary using light to find any imperfections we missed after sanding because we are very passionate about drywall finishing which is what sets us apart from other competitors.
Insulation
Insulation is a big part of your home poor insulation can lead to loss of energy which is used to heat or cool homes our team will make sure we install insulation properly and avoiding you to get high energy bills we install insulation before doing drywall if needed.
We had a customer contact us James who had a small hallway room upstairs in his home where it would get very cold at night. He at some point even thought his heat was not running properly but it it was due to no insulation in the ceiling so the heat was just escaping we had to demo the ceiling and make sure insulation was installed before replacing the ceiling with new drywall& he immediately notice the difference once it was installed.
Light Framing
We specialize in light framing as well examples like building walls or framing in order to install drywall. Example Basements pipes, duct work or cables that are very rare when trying to drywall they can be in the way so we are the right team for that we can frame it to close in.
Using 2×4 studs for walls or ceilings we level it. Bad framing level can lead to problems when installing drywall leaving bumps that will be hard to smooth out with compound/spackle & will be noticeable when painting but our team knows the importance of this so we always use level, making sure we get the results we want for easier drywall installation & Finishing.

Some walls or ceilings can create mold due bad ventilation or humidity our team is specialized in demolition. Whether it’s demoing a wall for better spacing or mold created, old wall we can take care of it. Making sure we give you a whole new wall look.

And should be address quickly before it starts to cause serious health issues… so that’s where demolition would be necessary to replace the drywall damaged we also use blower fans if the area is to wet we let it dry up making sure no more further damage down the lines.
